Stillpoint Lodge welcomes groups of up to 30 people in an intimate setting. Groups of twelve or more guests will have exclusive use of the facilities, ensurings no distractions.

PRIVATE MEETINGS, SEMINARS AND SPECIAL USE OF THE FACILITIES

We welcome the use of our premises for gatherings in keeping with our mission and vision. Such groups may include adult reunions, corporate seminars and board retreats.

AN ALL-INCLUSIVE EVENT FEE COVERS:

• Use of the meeting center. Meeting space doubles as a quiet lounge. The lounge can be closed off and converted into a meeting space by utilizing built-in room dividers. State-of-the-art audio video equipment, including surround-sound, 100 inch screen and power-point projection are available for all events.
• Wi-Fi Internet access.
• Coffee, tea, juice and light snacks during breaks.
• Lodging in warm log cabins.
• Nourishing health-conscious meals supplemented with seasonal offerings from the garden.
